This is where I’ll keep my list of things I want to sew in the future. Partly to give me somewhere to keep the links, and to act as a to do list, but also because if it’s out on my blog then I’m more likely to get around to it :)

I posted briefly about these UFOs here. In summary:

  • I need to buy new elastic for those elastic-waisted skirts on the left – that elastic isn’t soft enough for a skirt!
  • The blue dress in the middle was to be a toile, I need to see if my newer (larger) sizes will still work or if I should cut new fabric.
  • I have now started the black dress on the right of the below picture, so I want to finish that.

A passport cover, and a luggage tag

I have two passports, and no cover for either – having made some passport covers for my parents a few years ago, I think it’s time I made myself a couple. I just have to choose the right fabrics… definitely a time to shop my stash.

While I’m at it, I’d love to make some luggage tags – maybe ones to match the passport covers? There’s a nice tutorial on Feelin Crafty that I’ve had my eye on!

I love the look of the cross-body bag from A Little Bird Made Me

I’d also love an infinity scarf, and Blue Bird Chic has a tutorial for turning a normal scarf into an infinity one!

I’d also love to make an overnight/travel bag, and there’s a few good patterns/tutorials out there, including Owens Olivia Polka Dot Chair, and Guthrie Ghani

Christmas decorations

I don’t have many christmas decorations (I have a 1 foot tree, one piece of tinsel, and a Christmas wreath for the door…) so I’d love to make some! I made the Christmas Star already and think it looks great, so am keen to buy some cute Christmas fabrics for Christmas 2019.

Cool projects. I look forward to seeing what you do with them. The over sized travel bag would be a nice gift for someone. Even a man would like it if it were in canvas like maybe khaki and tan.

Oooh I hadn’t thought of making that for a man! That is an excellent idea. Thank you!
